Shareef quickly accessed the issue, his guess was correct after opening the dryer, he removed the item causing the issue, then checked the dryer and the noise was gone.! He was very helpful with explaining the issue.

The troubles that I had all were to do with the lack of professionalism, organization and lack of direct communication with the Sears company. The part ordered was wrong and then it was extremely difficult to get a person to speak to about confirming payment and why we were receiving alerts for 2 different appointment dates at the same time. This indicated that the previous date had not been cancelled, thus I was confused etc.. I will be writing a separate letter addressing these and other issues. Bryan did a fine job installing and my dryer is working well again.
