Brian arrived so swiftly. He knew exactly where I had my difficulty; after I replaced my own Amana dryer belt. < Smile>. And even helped me further with encouragement! I will ALWAYS utilize Sears Home Appliance Repairs. He originated from a great base office => A&E. Meeting Brian,this early a.m. was a true blessing. I am, a very young, 72 year old casino employee. I know when I am given fabulous attention. Y'all did very well, when you added this true Gentleman to your "outside ~ visiting staff"! I am more than willing to share my name. Very clear in explaining the issues. Gave me an estimate and then came in under that amount. Only issue with the service was on the text communication side which was not Scott but those who coordinated the visit.
