Cornelius is very professional and knowledgeable. He listened when I explained the dryer noise, and although it seemed to work fine when he tried it, he checked it out. He quickly determined the cause and quickly repaired it. He answered questions and clearly explained the issue and how it functioned, repaired it and tested it before leaving. I feel very fortunate to have had Cornelius work on my dryer. He took my concern seriously and now, for a very reasonable price, I once again have a working dryer. Thank you
