Seth was very, very helpful. He's the kind of technician that everyone hopes for. He solved the problem, gave hints for future use and was just so easy to talk to and learn from. As a former teacher I'd give him an A plus. 😊

Had some scheduling issues, mainly with the AI that sends you messages. Would not confirm anything when I would respond with "1" then somehow changed my appointment…oh well nothing to do with Ian he was awesome! Made sure everything was working like it should. Quick! This is a good program/warranty to have!

Kevin arrived exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating element. I appreciate the fact that he also took the time to clean the interior of the dryer. Hopefully this dryer will not soon require repairing, but I would certainly request Kevin do the work.
