After Andrew arrived, we realized he has been here before on a service call for our washer. We had a favorable impression of him back then. Our dryer was "tumbling" but not heating. Andrew explained what he was going to do to diagnose the problem and set to work. He quickly found that a heat sensor was bad, he explained the cost to repair, and said he had the part on the truck. We approved the repair and the dryer works fine. It's a Samsung dryer and is nine years old. This was the first service call for the dryer. Andrew also fully explained the benefits of having a service contract in concise terms. We had one before but lost track of it and let it lapse. We signed on again. Having Andrew over is like having your brother show up to help, helpful and easy going.

Frank explained to me how to keep the washer in top condition. I am glad that Sears is still in Business and that you still have Professional's like Frank who truly love their job and in educating the customer on how to maintain their equipment.
