After having 2 other service people come out to fix my dryer, Bruce was finally able to fix the problem. Thank you! As for the previous techs, they both said airflow was fine. Bruce found a big big wod of fuzz and dryer sheets plugging air flow.

Outstanding job Great customer service very efficient he needs to be recognized for the quality of work that he did today and I'm sure he does every day. He needs to be recognized for his outstanding accomplishments he worked on my dishwasher and my dryer we didn't have the parts for the washing machine so that will be another week from now. When you hire such great people it makes the purchaser of the agreement very happy which is me for the last 24 years. I've had the master protection agreement and now it's been reduced but it's still excellent quality thank you he needs to get to recognize in front of his peers as doing a great job and he also needs a raise thank you.

Jerel was great answered all questions and was overall nice and pleasant. 5 stars for him. I was disappointed that my initial appointment for saturday was cancelled as it is difficult to have repair people here when we both work from home and are tied to our computers. 3 stars for scheduling
