The technician arrived on time. He displayed professionalism and courtesy. As I am legally deaf, he was sensitive to my disability, and ensured that I understood him. That meant a lot to me. He was familiar with the dryer issue and provided superb explanation. His inspection seemed to be thorough and did an excellent job cleaning the dryer.

Kelvin looked over my dryer found that what the last service person said was wrong with it wasn't the problem. He took the dryer apart and discovered that it only needed a thermal fuse. Put it back together…very clean and efficient !!! I have been without a dryer since before Christmas. Because of a misdiagnosis…had to wait for two weeks for parts that weren't needed !!
