Pierre was good. The scheduling and rescheduling multiple times and dates was very disruptive and disappointing. Customer service was not helpful even when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I will not be using your services again as we first contacted you Dec 19th letting you know we had received the ordered part. It is January 15 th and we had to go to the laundromat several times because our dryer had not been fixed.
