Gary was great. Was early. Friendly. Fast. While he was fixing our dryer, he got a call from another tech. Gary was able to walk that guy thru the steps to repair a completely different machine, and didn't have to stop working on mine while doing it. He is amazing and was worth every penny we spent to repair our dryer.
