The technician was awesome but the scheduling process was horrible. Our appointment kept getting canceled by Sears which caused us to have to sit at home several days. Help!!!!

Technician was fine .Tracking system sucks. You strung me out all day waiting for him. I was to be first stop and ended up last. Constant updates moving service call later and later.
