Jorge provided the initial diagnostic and determined best course of action to fix a gas dryer issue. Required ordering a part and a return for installation a week later. All this was done on time and quickly. Highly satisfied.

Sage was my Appliance Technician. He patiently listened to me as I explained about the problem I was having with my dryer and that I wanted the preventative maintenance performed on my washer. Sage explained to me on how the process works before he performed any services and what he had to do after he found out what the problems were with my dryer. I was so elated that he had the parts in his work van and could repair my dryer immediately and wouldn't have to order a new one and wait for it to arrive. Ty Hank you Sears for the quality appliance you made in the past. They really stand the test of time.

I was pleased that Jeremie was finally able to do the job. He was pleasant and efficient. I am not happy how long it had to take because of previous screw ups and the awful customer service team of not knowing how to schedule people quickly. This issue took over 2 months to resolve because of poor planning. We will not be recommending this company in the future. The 5 Stars are for Jeremie only, not the company.
