I was informed by the virtual assistant that nothing was available on my only day working from home. Jose called and informed that he was available and coming. He completed the maintenance while I was working in 25mins. He did excellent work was very thorough and professional!

Drew was excellent. If I had not had Drew working hard to correct the delay and errors of your corporate mistakes, I would have finally given up totally on Sears.. after being loyal customers for 60 years. Your callers, customer service telephone reps, phone service, text and g-mail communicators failed totally. It has been two and a half months waiting for a part. When it never arrived , I cancelled the appt and waited for the part to make a new appt. Your reps instead cancelled the whole order. If it were not for Drew I would have given up totally forever on you. I am trying to work thru my negative feelings for your phone reps. MR DREW saved you. Period. You should really appreciate him.
