Dryer panel replacement

He was professional and knowledgeable. He replaced parts and was friendly. I'm washing clothes so I can test the dryer out to make sure it's working properly. Thank both repairmen, and hopefully it fixed the problem, if not I'm sure I'll contact Sear warranty and they will check it again without hesitation!

Frank was great! Professional, diligent, clean and attention to detail. He had to fill in for Tech Patrick who blew us off yesterday saying he couldn't get in the gated community but he was given the gate code when he was here on 1/10 and he had the cell phone number that he never called. Then He lied that he called us today, he did not, saying we weren't home! So Frank saved the day!!

So glad we called Sears for repairs! Sergii S was able to identify the issue within a few minutes and went right to work ro repair the gas dryer! I can do laundry at home again rather than going to a laundromat! Thank you so much!
