We have used Bryan many times and he always does a great job. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him him all my appliances. He cleans up thoroughly after each job. Just a great service repair man.

I would like to write a letter to your head headquarters and explain how inefficient your method of payment is. The technician should be able to insert your credit card and not have to do paperwork to get it done. Also making an appointment to have you come in the first place is difficult I had to speak to someone who doesn't even hardly speak English and asked too many questions and you then send messages on a daily basis about the appointment. It's annoying. Too bad you operate like that because the technician actually does an excellent job and was very helpful and efficient. I would hesitate to recommend your service for just the reasons stated above.
