Joe was right on time ! We appreciated being the first client on the window 1-5PM .He called us immediately to inform us of his arrival . We were happy to accommodate his service for our dryer .He went straight to work and verified that all the parts he needed had been delivered to us.Joe was very professional and knew his craft very well! He was very courteous ,with a friendly manner and excellent people skills that his rating should be the highest and suspect that he is a great asset to Sears Repair ! Really nice guy, which I always expect and ALWAYS get from A&E. Very efficient and fixed my dryer quickly, thank goodness. I didn't like waiting 10 days from making the appointment to getting my old dryer fixed, but worth the wait (sort of)! 10 days around this place without a dryer is an utter disaster, but not my technician's fault. Thanks so much.
