Justin was very professional and explained the problem completely. He fixed the problem. He also explained the costs (which I believe are quite high). The problem was the same that I had repaired (by Sears) in September 2022 (rollers). For me to have to spend an additional $358.00 on an item that was fixed 2 years and 4 months previously is unacceptable.
