David is a warm caring individual. He has 35 years with Sears and knows his stuff. He was on time, very thorough and knowledgeable. He went about his job and cleaned up afterwards. Super happy with our experience with David and his communication skills are top notch. I just wish he worked on all appliances and not just washers and dryers. Would request him every time.
