David was very friendly and did a great job. There were issues with scheduling which seemed to mostly be due to Sear's automated scheduling features.

Elijah arrived as scheduled and very quickly got to the issue on our dryer. He informed us of all charges prior to the visit. Nothing was a surprise. The visit was complete in 15 minutes. He was very thorough and courteous.
