Thank you very much Jorden for your excellent customer service and quickly repairing my dryer. I have been with Sears warranty since 1998 and have never had any issues before. The original tech ordered the wrong parts and when the part came in I rescheduled the appointment nobody showed up or called. This was all through the holidays. The second tech came out and was very professional. He ordered the correct parts. Two week later the correct parts came to my home. I called to let Sears know the parts were here and scheduled another appointment. Well that appointment was canceled by Sears for no reason. Ugg we were already into mid-January. I reschedule again and wonderful Jordan a new tech came out and fixed my dryer promptly. Thank you so much Jordan!!!
