Tech great, customer service poor
Tech was great. He used his experience to diagnose the issue and quickly fix it. He gets a five stars. Sears Customer Service gets zero. Sears Customer Services is either automated or the people read a script. I called them to explain the problem and the parts they sent me were wrong. The Tech quickly understood the issue, got the correct parts from the truck, took back the incorrect parts and made the repair.
