Jose arrived on time, was very professional and explained the issue with my dryer. He had it fixed in no time. He was patient when it came to him having to wait to talk to my Warranty company too. He was very confident about evaluating and fixing the machine. I should have asked him if he worked on refrigerators. That may be next on our list.

Ryan previously provided an estimate on 8/13/2024 and was very familiar with the amount of work that has been invested in this dryer. I totally agree with his recommendation to REPLACE rather than waste another round of parts replacement .
