Despite of a small hiccup with an earlier appointment due a part issue, Ahmed was punctual, cordial, and knowledgeable. He solved the issue 100%.

Joshua was Great ! He did an excellent job. Joshua was smart Professional and Patient. He explained exactly what was wrong and got the Dryer working in no time ! We are pleased with his service and happy to have our dryer working after 2 1/2 months of waiting. and several appointments made without anyone showing up.

David was great. Professional, courteous, knew what he was doing. My issue though is beyond David's control. His device was giving him false information. He said the system told him parts were NLA. he assured me they were, but because of the system malfunction he couldn't even give me a price because sears "system" was acting up Based on his 35 years experience, he gave me a ballpark quote. $600 for 4 replacement rollers made out of China? More than the steel and motor and heating element? These rollers are no more than $1.00 each. I will never buy an LG again but to reiterate, David was great
