When Making the appointment, I specifically asked if the technician could come after 12:00 because everyone would be out of the house. I was assured that would not be an issue. However, the technician arrived about 9:40. I won't blame that on him. With respect to the technician, the problem was diagnosed rather quickly and parts were available. The technician was efficient and the part was installed quickly. I am satisfied with the work at this point. It was a disappointment that the scheduler did not do her part in getting me scheduled later in the day.
