Mohammad was punctual, courteous, and has restored some faith in people working in the repair service industry. While he was in my home he was polite, friendly, professional while diagnosing the issue with our dryer. He did not treat us as just another number or stop on his busy day. My advice is to hire more people like Mohammad, or have him train them.

Our clothes dryer quit heating. Sears came out and diagnosed it but didn't have the parts on hand. Parts were ordered with a target date of receipt of Feb 3rd 2025. Parts arrived on Jan 28th. I tried 8 times to advance the date for repair unsucessfully - as I could confirm the date listed as open but they couldn't confirm it on their end. NOT A GOOD SYSTEM!

We had the best appliance repair experience ever! Our dryer went out Saturday night, and 36 hours later, it's fixed. The repair request process was seamless (easy scheduling and continuous communication) and James did an amazing job. Just the best!
