Efficient service
Marcus quickly diagnosed the problem with our clothes dryer and completed the repair, as well as cleaning the dryer's interior of a ridiculous load of accumulated cat hair. Marcus was pleasant and efficient!

After the repair a month ago the dryer was not drying properly. The tech looked at it and found some items that needed to be cleaned. Which I did not know because of the fabric softener had left residue on the sensor. The tech was knowledgeable, curtiuos and professional.

Jules made quick work of our dryer issue. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in about 30 min. Fully self sufficient, I was working from home and just had to let him in. When I asked him what was wrong with it, he was straight with me and that's all I could ask for. Showed me the malfunctioning components (belt and wheels) and demonstrated the fully functioning end product once the service was complete. Restored our old dryer to proper working condition and gave it a new lease on life. Great job Jules.
