Your AI is horrible. My dryer has been out for 7 weeks from the date I reported it. Shame on Sears. Difficult to talk to Sears due to AI. Horrible experience with AI. The technician was very nice and worked me in today after you cancelled me multiple times plus you shipped the wrong parts the first time they were ordered.

Tech was wonderful Your AI system is awful. You told me the part had not been delivered and cancelled Monday's appointment saying no tech was in the area. And that is not true
