Jimmy was great. Repair was a little more involved than anticipated due to a resigned part. Jimmy handled it professionally. However the process of rescheduling appointments. A reason why rescheduling was necessary. As it was rescheduled 5 times by you.

This is the 2nd time Nick came to service my LG dryer. I hope replacing this 2nd part will remedy the dryer problem. If not, I believe Nick and the other technician has done all that can be done to get the dryer to work effectively.
