Todd F was a good technician but to get him here was terrible. We had to wait over a month before our appliance was finally fixed that is not service, it took two appointments to finally get it fixed and we had no idea we got so many different phone calls from different parts of the country and different companies, Sears Greenleaf, or whatever green something we had no idea who was servicing our appliance, and if it would ever happen not satisfied with your service, but the technician was nice and it wasn't his fault
