Very professional and knowledgeable
Not only did he complete the work in a timely manner but did extra things like cleaning the dryer of all the accumulated lent. A definite plus in my book.

Very thorough. There's a bearing out on the dryer but he can't get the part. I will have to research through the manufacturer. I am able to use the dryer o some settings.

Isolated and diagnosed problem within 30 minutes of arrival. Repair completed within 15 minutes. Went above and beyond the call by vacuuming excess lent/refuge/debris from inside equipment housing to reduce further potential problems. Very professional, articulate, and well mannered. Surely a keeper who represents your company.

Glenn arrived within the alloted repair window and was which to diagnose and report the issue to us. He then did the repair and replacement very quickly, and then finally tested out the performance of the dryer. Now we have a working dryer again!
