David Y did an outstanding job today! Excellent customer service! We had our washer and dryer fixed and saved us from buying a brand new washer and dryer, not to mention our microwave and oven was repaired as well. Sears saved us a bundle of money!

Loved the experience with Logan A. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. Explained problem clearly and showed me the damaged parts while doing the repair. Cleaned up the area before leaving. Just a great experience. I'd call Sears for a repair again.

Virgil has always provided GREAT service but we have been without a dryer since 10/31/24..... Sears needs to take care of their technicians so they will stay longer. Everytime one is trained....they leave. PLEASE get Virgil some help for our area!!

Nelson, is educated and a gentleman. Explained the process and procedures he followed for my understanding. He came did his work, talked only the necessary and he make sure the work was done. Nice experience. This is the second time he comes to my hone to repair an appliance.
