Sears service repair man was very nice and did a good repair job. Sears AI phone service to get an appointment is seriously terrible and super frustrating. In fact it is so annoying that I am going to research other warranty companies.

The drum stopped turning in my OLD dryer. The belt had broken, so that needed to be replaced and several other worn out parts. So the parts were ordered and we set a date for the repair. I thought it would take several hours to do the repair. I think it took Tom less than an hour.

Your technicians are good. The problem is your owner/manager. You seem to always cancel my first appointment for my appliances then have to reschedule. Why? We make arrangements to take off and towards the end of the day you cancel. Do you know how inconvenient it is. And it's happens numerous times. When I get frustrated I rarely talk to a customer service rep instead I get Samantha your Ai who sucks. I'm not sure if I want to renew my service with you. You have gone down hill.
