Excellent experience, professional technician only thing they gave us a 10 hr window for technician to arrive. Wife stayed home all day. If they could narrow that to 4-6 hrs that would be great.

Joshua K arrived a smidge before 0800. Within 30 minutes, he took off the lower front panel of the dryer and assessed the problem, quickly determined the solution, and checked to see if he had the part. He replaced it and checked the dryer. It was working fine! We are very pleased his service.
