Eric was very courteous and got right to work. He had the dryer fixed within 30 minutes. Very efficient. But unfortunately, Sears, canceled the original repair appointment 3 times and it took 3 weeks for a technician to come. This was not Eric's fault.

Appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Juan called ahead and gave me a 20 minute heads up. He showed up within the scheduled window. He completed the job (replace heating element) quickly. He was very pleasant and explained what he was doing, showing me how he arrived at his diagnosis. Upon completion he cleaned the area. Five stars from me!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Very thorough as well. Checked all the issues and isolated it to the dryer circuit board. Discussed options and eliminated any safety concerns.
