Joe was able to figure out our dryer issue right away and get it fixed. He was very friendly and informative the whole time. He mentioned he likes to be neighborly in his repairs, and that was definitely the case here. Would absolutely hire him again.

Called to inform that he was on his way to my house. He checked and repaired the dryer in a timely matter, he than called me to explain what was the problem and that the dryer is now able to use. He was very friendly. Holi has 5 stars from me. Thank you. HOWEVER,,,,We waited over a month to get an appt. Ridiculous! 3 appts, no one showed,no one called until 5 pm to say technician could not make it. We waited all day, took the day off to wait for a tech. That is So unprofessional! I spend alot of money having all my appliances covered with Sears. I want to be informed and I want to be treated with respect.
