He was amazing, and very helpful! After being cancelled already by another company I was feeling a little helpless! Thank you so much for all the help and being such a kind human!

Chuck installed a new motor on our dryer and did a great job. The new motor required rewiring but the instructions were missing. Chuck rewired for our dryer exactly. The install requires taking the pulley off the old motor and putting it on the motor. The pulley screw was frozen and would not come off. After trying several options Chuck finally got the screw off and got the motor installed. He checked other parts to verify that they were ok. He stayed while we tested the dryer even though it was his last appointment of the day and it was late. You are lucky if you get him for your tech.

WORST DECISION ON AI CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very courteous and respectful and repaired our machines very efficiently and correctly. He did a great job. The only and MAJOR issue is your change to AI. Terrible choice to take out the "human element" out of your company model. Other than the great service provided by your tech, your pre and post customer service is awful. Tech is FIVE STARS and your AI customer service is a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS.

I'm glad Brad did our repair. It took 2 1/2 months to get my dryer repaired. My 1st appointment on 2/8/2026 Super Bowl Sunday was cancelled. The 1st tech lubed it and it squeaked the next day. Brad came with a trainee the 2nd time 2/27/2026 and ordered the Dryer Idler #W10837240. It didn't come and AI changed my appointment from 3/13/2026. So no one checked that my part had not shipped. 3/27/2026 I called and AI Couldn't help. I got on an AI chat and had to ask for a live agent. Brett submitted a call back request from Parts Authorities. No one contacted me. 3/30/2026 I noticed on my ticket my appointment was moved to 4/18/2026, the part was cancelled and Bracket #W10837240 was ordered. That's not a typo. The parts have the same part # with a different name. I called again to find out Sears Home Services no longer has live agents. The next day 3/31/2026 I received the part, so I started a chat with Ben to see if I can get an earlier appointment. He didn't see an earlier one, so he escalated it. He said someone will text or email within 3 business days at the most. No one did. 4/13/2026 I was texted to reply 1 to confirm my appointment, so I did. 4/15/2026 I was texted to reply 1 to confirm my appointment, so I did. 4/16/2026 I was texted that my appointment is in 2 days and I have not yet confirmed. I replied 1 for the 3rd time in 4 days. 4/17/2026 I was texted to reply 1 to confirm my appointment, so I did. We thank God that our dryer still worked. 4/18/2026 when Brad took the part off it was fully seized. We called a&e Factory Service since they had repaired our electric range under warranty. I didn't know calling a&e would go to Sears Home Services. It has taken a lot of time and effort to get Sears Home Services to repair my electric dryer. Brad is a great employee. Too bad the rest of my experience wasn't.
