Darrin was great! He knew what was wrong after a 2 minute conversation on the phone before he even got there. Had my dryer fixed in just a few minutes! Sears on the other hand, almost 2 months I had to wait for a service technician. Do better. I will be looking into other warranty options.

Hamayoon was very nice. However, he needs to have a uniform or a truck with Sears on it (it was parked where I could not see all of it) so that one knows if he is really with Sears. He gave me good advise. Thank you

Travis was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick. All my dryer needed was a belt….but so did Travis. I wasn't offended, but someone else in the future might be. So for his sake, I'd advise just say no to crack….

As soon as Francisco arrived, he turned on the dryer and knew exactly what was wrong. Explained the issue and the cost. He did a great job cleaning and putting in a new part. Before he left, he made sure my dryer was working properly. No more squeaky dryer! Thank you!!
