Christopher was very nice and pleasant to talk. He was helpful in explaining what is wrong with the unit. Fixed it and cleaned up. Even had enough time to add a fridge motor dusting to the service.

The service technician, Andrew is both courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer, explained which parts needed replacing and the cost (parts plus labor). It wasn't inexpensive but much less than purchasing a new dryer. I would use this service again based on this experience.
