Very professional repairman
Sergio was professional and thorough in his description of the repair needed on My dryer. He called ahead of time in order to let me know that he was almost to my home . He gave information on my dryer with out expressing any opinions and he completed the repair in a timely manner

Rudy was great! He really knows how to diagnose and repair these machines. He identified the high limit switch as the culprit and showed me where and why the switch had burned out. GE used plastic spade connectors for the wires and Rudy used metal connectors which are more resistant to heat and will likely eliminate this from occurring again.
