Excellent service technician who quickly repaired our Kenmore Electric Dryer. Sears Home Service does Not provide A am or pm option, and impossible to get a person to talk too. THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!!

Tony txt and let me know he was on his way. Came in and I showed him where my dryer is. He got to work immediately. Approximately 20 minutes he was finished and dryer was fixed. Courteous Knowledgeable Professional Efficient They are now in my Cell phone contacts!
