Need refund
Adam worked hard to resolve our issues. Turns out it was the mother board which they don't make any more. I would like a refund of the service paid because the problem was not resolved. So please refund the amount paid less the service call fee.

Tim showed up ready to go to work. He checked my dryer completely, explaining everything as he did it. Ultimately, he diagnosed that there was nothing wrong with my dryer. It was the breaker in the breaker box. He also gave me information about my dryer of which I was unaware. All in all, I was very impressed with Tim. Should I ever need a repair man, I will call Sears Home Service and ask for Tim Wood.

Herbert was wonderful, prompt, and fixed our issue with our dryer quickly. He was communicative about needing to arrive later than planned/originally estimated. However, Sears scheduling could use some improvement. It appears they over schedule their staff. Both times Herbert came to our home occurred outside of the 8-5 window. He was wonderful and kept us informed of his arrival time. However, Sears could improve their scheduling to avoid this in the future. After having to take two days off from work for repairs to be completed only to find out I could have arrived home at my normal time and still be early to meet the technician is beyond inconvenient. I do not blame this on Herbert, hence he gets 5 stars, but rather Sears scheduling. I also feel that there were way too many updates to confirm the appointment but very minimal communication from the Sears automated system about the later arrival. Thankfully Herbert called to inform me as well as ask my approval of a later arrival, showing why he is a five star employee.

The technician was polite acknowledge in his acknowledge of the dryer he diagnostic it and found out what the issue was with the dryer. I'm completely satisfied and he cleaned up that himself.
