The technicians are excellent. However, your scheduling sucks three days in a row. You kept me here and nobody showed up without a call to tell me what was going on. when you tell somebody you are going to be there between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM and then you get an email at 8 PM saying that they're not coming is very poor customer service. How do you run a business that way. My time is valuable too.
