Paul was my Technician and both times he was here on time to order the parts needed and for the repair. He found that the blower fan had cracked and lodged itself into the motor housing, so all he had to replace was the fan. He could have replaced both items and I would have never been the wiser, but no, he took the motor back, refunded me $333.00 bucks, and living on a fixed income, Wow that was a great surprise. Thanks Paul for your honesty, you've got a customer for life.
