Tyler installed the new part quickly and tested it to make sure all was working properly. Last Friday Patrick did a great job diagnosing the issue and ordering the part.

Once enroute Josh provided the necessary services required and gave expert prevention advice to my family. Once he advised he was enroute, was within the timeline he specified. The only thing I could ask of Sears is that we be given a two- or four-hour time block instead of an eight-hour time block of their arrival.
