Minh has repaired our washer before and did am incredible job. I was excited to see he was our technician today for the dryer. He is a ninja when it comes to appliance repair!

Technician Adair went above and beyond to ensure the repair was performed. Adair was not the technician who was originally scheduled to handle this repair. The original technician did not show up so the repair had to be rescheduled 6 times! Finally, Adair was given the task and he went out of his way to chase down the replacement part and arrange for the repair to be done. I am very happy with his involvement and I would highly recommend his services!

Brady communicated his arrival time clearly. Was super friendly when he arrived and respected the fact that I was working from home and kept the noise to a minimum. He fixed the dryer door quickly and was pleasant on his way back out. Great job, Brady!
