Dryer repair
Very courteous and professional. Provided info needed immediately and he was quite knowledgeable. I was in a different location than the repair which was for my older, handicapped sister. He communicated everything in a timely manner . His help was greatly appreciated.

Technician was great but your appointment system needs work within 4 days I got text and email telling me three different dates for my appointment also four different times that technician was arriving please work on your system cost a lot of unnecessary stress

The technician was very friendly and very quick on the task. The appointment had been rescheduled twice by a different technician however, the gentleman who came to my house today was wonderful. The dryer had quit working. We were unsure as to why because the dryer is still fairly new, maybe five years old. Once he got it taken apart, we discovered the dead snake. Once it was removed, the dryer resumed normal functioning. Extremely happy with the guy who came out.
