Robert came in, evaluated the situation, ordered the correct parts, returned as scheduled and fixed the heater for the dryer. Then he stayed and tested the unit and discovered the timer was also broken. He ordered the correct part, returned as scheduled and got it all working. He was polite, professional and friendly and we felt comfortable with him in our home.

Did a great job. Hard to get tech crews out on the back top to get the front cover to come off. Thankful he was small enough and willing to maneuver back there or machine would have been hard to get out. Happy to lend a hand to get the job done.
