Service
Mark was able to diagnose our issue and was glad that there was a park on his truck. Just sad that I had to have four appointments scheduled to have three of them canceled before anyone can come out and had to deal with without a dryer for almost a week.

Brian is cool guy ... the thing what frustrates me is that I've been reschedule 6th time and Brian came today finally and got it fixed.. also another frustration is the AI system I hate it.. Thank you..

Ronald came to diagnose a dead clothes dryer a week and a half ago. He is very efficient and knew exactly what to look for. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned today to install it. Also, checked all aspects of the machine. He went about his work with a very pleasant manner.

Very nice and informative about his job. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Wish SEARS would hire more like him. Rate him 5++ stars!! Wish he could have fixed my washer today too. Ai & customer service was very rude to him. I heard the conversations. So sad! Unsure if I want to renew my Home protection policy!! 🤔🤬

Bryan was very knowledgeable in trouble shooting the problem with both my washer and dryer. He even helped adjust my settings on the dryer to make it more efficient.

Ernesto was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He promoted the home warranty program, and I ended up purchasing a plan. The interest in purchasing the plan is something the AI could not muster on my initial service call. Pleasure to work with Ernesto, I will request his availability in the future.
