He told us the nitty gritty about either fixing it or getting a new one and we opted to buy a new one b/c it would cost more to fix than buying a new one; once one part goes due to overheating, others will follow, and while the parts they install are under warranty, the others are not so we'd need to pay for other new parts and another labor fee and then soon we could have bought a matching set washer/dryer for that price we're paying to fix one dryer. And he remembered fixing ice machine about 4 years ago, which still works. Great customer service. Glad I went through Sears again.
