We love Toni and are very happy when he is the technician that comes out to assist us. We are very unpleased with the AI services that continued to reschedule us without notifying us. Or the lack of ability to talk to a human when we were having issues with the scheduling. This was extremely frustrating. And nearly impossible to deal with.

This is my second time that I've had to fix this dryer. Lew the repair man always shows up on time,stays in touch and thankfully always fixes it for me. I was worried.I would need a new washer and dryer.Because it's a combined set and thankfully, I did not.So this saved me a bunch of money.

Mike was very experienced and had all the tools to do what he needed to do. I would recommend him. One negative , his cologne was very strong and I'm allergic to fragrance. Maybe he shouldn't wear to work.
