Russell was very professional. Very nice person . Very knowledgeable. I wish AHS Would have sent the service request to them instead of the other company they sent it to. He had to come back 3 times in 2 months and did not diagnose the problem correctly.

Damion is a great technician. He's very informative and helpful as well as explain what type of situation needs to be completed. He always makes sure that the customer is available before arriving for the appointment. Moreover, he makes sure that his job is fully completed before leaving a customer home. If any situation can't be solved, he gives suggestions to fix the situation.
